DEVELOPER NOTES:. This would act similar to a forum. This would be an area only for the Super Admin to create different categories and subcategories and create a “Guide” for that. Each guide would be a wysiwyg Editor with the ability to upload images (not just an image link), and the ability to add attachments. Users can post comments on the different guides/report on comments. This section would also be included in the notifications/digest.
