This would basically be blog-like area. Admins would be able to create different Categories/Topics and sub topics and adjust the order (I know we would at least need to go 5 sub-topics deep), users will be able to create posts about that room or area, comment/upvote. The posts/replies should be HTML Editors with the ability to upload images (not just an image link). They should also allow file attachments.
Updates to this section would be included in the digest/notifications.
A search bar would be on this page and the public page.
There would need to be the ability to allow a Category/Topic/Sub-topic to “Show on Public Site”. That topic would then show on the public main page but it WOULD NOT have the ability for people to add comments/etc. It would mainly act as a way for people visiting to learn more about the castle. Sub-topics would all need to be individually selected to “show on public page”. The idea with this is that more Categories/Topics/Sub-topics would be seen by Users (Castle Knights)who log in. There would be a special “Author” role that would be a User that can only edit this section but doesn’t have access to other parts of the Knights Site nor would they be in the Directory.
Each article would list the Main Author and Contributing Authors.
